SOCAMP 2026: Outdoor Hospitality Professionals to Meet in Seignosse

On 15 September 2026, the South-West Outdoor Hospitality Meetings will bring together operators, suppliers and tourism partners to discuss the sector’s main challenges.

SOCAMP will return to Seignosse on Tuesday 15 September 2026 for its third edition, held at Le Tube – Les Bourdaines. This early-autumn business event is aimed at campsite owners and managers, as well as professionals working in holiday cottages, tourist residences, holiday villages, leisure parks and outdoor recreation centres.

Designed as a local alternative to major national trade shows, the event will bring together outdoor hospitality stakeholders from the Landes and Pyrénées-Atlantiques regions for a full day of meetings and discussions. Operators, operational teams, specialist suppliers and institutional partners will be able to exchange ideas in a deliberately welcoming setting, just a few metres from the Atlantic Ocean.

The programme will address several topics directly related to the management and development of tourism accommodation businesses. Olympic swimming champion Alain Bernard will open the event with a keynote speech focusing on how the principles of high performance can be applied to the outdoor hospitality industry. Managing pressure, building collective commitment, setting objectives and pursuing continuous improvement will be among the main themes of his presentation.

SOCAMP 2026 will also feature a Masterclass on the practical applications of artificial intelligence within the sector, together with a legal conference led by lawyer Cyril Repain. This session will give operators an opportunity to review the latest regulatory developments likely to affect their activities.

Conferences, practical workshops and professional meetings will shape the day, which will also host the joint end-of-season meeting of the Landes and Pyrénées-Atlantiques outdoor hospitality associations. These two partner organisations help ensure that the programme reflects the day-to-day concerns of local professionals.

With its compact format, SOCAMP aims to encourage direct exchanges, introduce participants to new service providers and support the sharing of experience among tourism and outdoor accommodation professionals.
