Simed 2025: Mediterranean real estate in the spotlight in Málaga

From 13 to 15 November 2025, Simed will take over the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (FYCMA) for three days dedicated to residential real estate in southern Europe. A true professional crossroads, the fair attracts developers, investors, builders, local authorities and startups each year, while welcoming the general public eager to explore market trends and buying opportunities.

With more than 450 exhibitors and a commercial offer exceeding 9,000 homes, Simed stands out as an unmissable event to discover the Mediterranean property market. Visitors will find a comprehensive overview of residential projects across Spain and southern Europe, as well as the latest innovations in construction, sustainability and smart living.

Simed is also a place for reflection on the future of housing. Through the Public-Private Collaboration Forum, the event explores ways to promote accessible and sustainable housing, fostering cooperation between administrations, local governments and private companies. Attendees will be able to attend conferences led by experts in real estate and urban planning.

Another highlight: the Living en Evolución Forum, dedicated to new housing trends. Coliving, flex living, premium residences — these concepts are attracting a new generation of buyers and investors.
