1/ A contract with guaranteed rent, so Les Rivages Property Management will give you € 20,000 per year, guaranteed by Les Rivages Real Estate and Hotel Group. You will be able to use your property for 4 weeks in off season, between November and March, excluding Christmas, and the rest of the year it will be available for holiday rentals.
2/ A contract with guaranteed summer rentals, so Les Rivages Property Management will give you € 8,000 per year, guaranteed by Les Rivages Real Estate and Hotel Group. You will be able to use your property throughout the year, except from 15 June to 15 September, when it will be available for holiday rents.
3/ A percentage contract whereby Les Rivages Property Management will pay you 70% of the price per rental period. Thus, for a week of high season rented at 1400 € you will receive 980 €. This contract represents a greater flexibility because you decide each year your periods of occupation and the forecast of rental income can reach 24 000 € / year with a personal occupation of 10 weeks excluding the period of July-August.
